David Oken has almost 30 years of Insurance Coverage Attorney litigation experience.  David Oken's specialty is helping his policyholder clients obtain and understand their coverage benefits under their commercial and personal insurance policies, both before and after insurance claims arise.  He provides his clients with insurance coverage analysis, claims negotiation and insurance coverage litigation (including bad faith litigation.)
